14-Day Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. This right is granted by Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you designate) physically receive the goods.
How to Initiate a Return
- 1.Log in to your account and go to My Orders. Click the order you wish to return and select Request Return.
- 2.Alternatively, use the model withdrawal form below and email it to returns@junglevault.nl before the 14-day deadline.
- 3.You will receive a return confirmation within 2 business days with shipping instructions.
- 4.Return the item in its original condition within 14 days of notifying us.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or not as described. In those cases, JungleVault will arrange and pay for return shipping.
Refund Timeline
JungleVault will refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier).
Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. processes the refund; actual credit may take an additional 2–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
We may deduct an amount for diminished value of the goods if the handling was more than necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (if the seal has been broken), or goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery. These exceptions are uncommon for most JungleVault products.
