Terms & Conditions

Article 1 — Definitions

  • "JungleVault" refers to JungleVault B.V., KvK 87654321, Keizersgracht 123, 1015 CK Amsterdam.
  • "Platform" refers to the website junglevault.nl and all associated services.
  • "Customer" refers to any natural or legal person who places an order via the Platform.
  • "Product" refers to any item listed for sale on the Platform.
  • "Order" refers to a confirmed purchase transaction between Customer and JungleVault.

Article 2 — Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via the Platform. By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms in full. Deviating conditions only apply if expressly agreed in writing by JungleVault.

JungleVault reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect 30 days after publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Article 3 — Offer & Contract Formation

All offers on the Platform are non-binding until confirmed by JungleVault. A purchase agreement is formed at the moment JungleVault sends an order confirmation email. JungleVault reserves the right to refuse an order (e.g. if stock has sold out, pricing error, or fraud suspicion) and will notify the Customer promptly.

All prices on the Platform are inclusive of applicable VAT (BTW) and exclusive of shipping costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are displayed in EUR.

Article 4 — Payment

Payment is due immediately at the time of ordering. We accept iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay via our payment provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland). Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed.

In the event of non-payment or charge-back without a valid legal basis, JungleVault reserves the right to suspend the Customer's account and pursue recovery of the outstanding amount plus statutory interest (wettelijke rente) and reasonable collection costs.

Article 5 — Delivery

JungleVault ships via PostNL, DHL, DPD, and UPS. All shipping is free. Estimated delivery times are indicative only. JungleVault is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure.

Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery. JungleVault is liable for loss or damage during transit and will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Article 7 — Authenticity Guarantee

JungleVault authenticates all items before listing. In the event that an item is subsequently found to be inauthentic, JungleVault will provide a full refund including return shipping costs. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

Article 8 — Liability

JungleVault's liability for direct damages is limited to the order value of the relevant transaction. JungleVault is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

These limitations do not affect the Customer's statutory rights under Dutch consumer protection law (consumentenkoop, Article 7:5 BW et seq.).

Article 9 — Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, images, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to JungleVault. Reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

Article 10 — Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, without prejudice to the right to submit a dispute to the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

JungleVault is not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) but will endeavour to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.
